We are a team of highly-experienced behavior analysts and enthusiastic instructors. Together we bring to the table experience from some of the most effective and reputable ABA programs anywhere.

• Dr. David Sidener is the team leader, CEO/Owner and Chief Behavior Analyst

• Dr. Sidener has worked with children and adults with autism using ABA since 1989.

• Dr. Sidener earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Temple University and a PhD, also in ABA at Western Michigan University under the supervision of Dr. Jack Michael, one of the world’s foremost experts on Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior.

• From 2005 to 2016 he was the Executive Director of Garden Academy, an ABA school for children who are diagnosed with ASD. Since 2016 Dr. Sidener has been in private practice, serving children and young adults with autism in school, at home and in the community.

• Dr. Sidener’s treatment efforts have focused on language development, academic skills, social skills and peer interaction and improving functional behavior for all students, with a particular emphasis on helping children overcome severe disruptive behavior.

• Current interests include the expansion of applications of Verbal Behavior, including the application of the concept of Joint Control, the development of a comprehensive, effective and socially valid curriculum and the training of teachers, parents and caregivers in its implementation.
